We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but too often, we just skip it. After a heavy practice the day before, we dancers, need lots of rest for our body to recover. Therefor we tend to stay in bed as long as we can and this often results in skipping  breakfast or picking up something unhealthy on the way. Bad bad bad..
